DNS Hosting Services

DNS hosting is a type of network service that provides domain name system resolution services. It will be used to set the records in the domain name server.

All .hk/ .香港 domains under HKDNR are eligible to enjoy this service, except some special conditions, such as the domain names under old contract. If you find yourself unable to use this service, you can contact our customer service hotline on +852 2319 1313 or email to enquiry@hkdnr.hk

Step 1: Log-in: https://www.hkdnr.hk/apps/login?lang=eng/
Step 2: Once you have logged in, click “Manage” button on the domain name and select “DNS Hosting”
Step 3: Click “Yes” button at the pop up message
Step 4: Read through the T&C and tick the box once agreed and select “Proceed”

This service can support 5 record types (A, AAAA, MX, CNAME and TXT) for
subdomain and 4 record types for root zone ‘@’ (A, AAAA, MX and TXT).
