1) You may sign in our website www.hkdnr.hk at “User Login” with English domain name and account password.
2) After logging into the registrant panel, please click on “Get a free domain with your .hk/.香港 under “My Domain”.
3) At the page of “Claim Domain”, please input selected “Mixture Domain Name” at the text box and then click on “Submit”.

Q13: If I own both Mixture and English active domain names, how can I separate their bundle relationship (i.e., unbundle domains)?

A:
1) You may sign in our website www.hkdnr.hk at “User Login” with English domain name and account password.
2) After logging into the registrant panel, please submit “Unbundle domain” under “My Domain”.
3) At the page of unbundle domain name, please input Mixture Domain name at the text box and then tick the box after reading HKDNR Registration Agreement, other Provisions and HKIRC Published Policies.
4) Click on “Next”.
5) Selecting contract year for the Mixture domain name and then click on “unbundle”.
6) Unbundle transaction is now created.
7) You may now click on “Online Payment” to proceed payment for the separated Mixture domain name.

Q14: How can I delete a registered Mixture domain name (i.e., Deletion of bundled domain)?

A:
1) You may sign in our website www.hkdnr.hk at “User Login” with domain name and account password.
2) After logging into the registrant panel, please submit delete domain name application under “My Domain” for the unwanted domain name.
3) At the page of delete domain, please input the unwanted domain name at the text box and then click on “Next”.
4) At the confirmation page of delete domain, please click on “Confirm” once information confirmed.
5) Deletion transaction will be created with an effective date. Mixture domain name will be unbundled at the effective date of deletion too.
6) The MIXTURE domain name will be released to the public for open registration after 67 days of its deletion period.

Q15: What are the restrictions to get Mixture Domain Name?

A:
1) The domain shall not be more than 15 Chinese characters, English characters, letters or numbers in total length excluding the .香港 extension.
2) Hyphens cannot exist at the beginning and end of the domain.
3) Any characters in English or Chinese for .香港 extension are allowed to create Mixture domain name.
4) Mixture domain name cannot combine with symbol and punctuation.
5) Reserved names for Mixture Domain Name are not available for registration.
