- Establish and maintain IT group policies, standards, and guidelines based on industry best practices, company requirements, and local regulations.

- Deliver trainings or presentations whenever needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years or more solid experience in IT governance, security, and/or compliance areas in a Non-governmental Organization (NGO), preferably with IT experience in Regional / Global organization.
- Practical experience in dealing with computer security incidents, security vulnerabilities and intrusion detection systems.
- Practical knowledge in global standards/frameworks, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO20000, PIPL, GDPR, ITILv4 and PCI DSS.
- Proactive, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Possession of related professional certification (e.g. CRISC, CEH, CISA or CISSP, ISO27001 etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizing skills, certification holder of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM and Agile preferred.
- 4-5 years of project management and organizing skills, experience in developing web and security technologies projects, strong attention to deadlines and schedules, ability of manage multiple projects under high pressure, certification holder of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM and Agile preferred.
- Hands on experience of operate in mission critical security solutions and deployments include but not limited to vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, application security testing tools, DNSSEC, SSL / e-Cert, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, F, Load Balancers, Different layers of Firewalls and DLP …etc. is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge and passion in learning cyber security technologies and familiarity with domain name registration industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and excellent oral & written report writing & presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and team player.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex IT projects covering infrastructure, information security, network, data centre, cloud and software solutions, from initiation to closure
- Develop, maintain and govern all project documentation, including project plans, design specifications, testing plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, meeting minutes and change requests
- Work closely with technology teams to define project scope, objectives and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying activities, dependencies, critical paths, milestones and required resources
- Ensure effective project milestone, resource planning, availability and allocation, including internal teams, vendors and third-party partners

Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of working experience in the IT industry, with proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects
- Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure, information security, data centre, network connectivity, cloud platforms and software implementation projects
- Proven competency in people management and stakeholder engagement, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicts and competing priorities
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and best practices
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred; ISO27001, ITIL certification is an advantage
- Familiar with IT procurement lifecycle, contract administration, vendor and service-provider management
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and technical teams
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Oversee the organization’s IT Infrastructure, including servers, network, storage, database, cloud services, daily system monitoring and operation tasks.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or IT-related.

- Experience in Linux.
- Hand on in PAM, email security, WAF, endpoint security, phishing tests and awareness training.
- Knowledge on infrastructure design & risk management.
