• Establish and maintain IT group policies, standards, and guidelines based on industry best practices, company requirements, and local regulations.
• Able to protect sensitive data and information systems while ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Keep abreast of technologies and developments in cyber security and bring in to enhance the company’s system whenever appropriate.
• Regularly review internal policies and global standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Regularly review ITSM process flows (e.g., ISO20000 or ITIL v4) to ensure ongoing service quality.
• Perform technical risk assessments and information security assessments.
• Assist IT teams in internal and external audits, including pre-audit review, liaison with auditors and stakeholders, and post-audit follow-up.
• Conduct technical security assessments on IT and digital initiatives and projects.
• Provide awareness training on relevant policies and guidelines.
• Explore technical solutions to protect company assets related to information.
• Investigate and manage cyber security incidents.
• Skillful in utilizing tools and techniques to access the effectiveness of information security measures, identify potential risk exposures and develop corresponding mitigation measures, and conduct post-event reviews of security incidents.
• Deliver trainings or presentations whenever needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years or more solid experience in IT governance, security, and/or compliance areas in a Non-governmental Organization (NGO), preferably with IT experience in Regional / Global organization.
• Practical experience in dealing with computer security incidents, security vulnerabilities and intrusion detection systems.
• Practical knowledge in global standards/frameworks, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO20000, PIPL, GDPR, ITILv4 and PCI DSS.
• Proactive, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Possession of related professional certification (e.g. CRISC, CEH, CISA or CISSP, ISO27001 etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong project management and organizing skills, certification holder of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM and Agile preferred.
• 4-5 years of project management and organizing skills, experience in developing web and security technologies projects, strong attention to deadlines and schedules, ability of manage multiple projects under high pressure, certification holder of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM and Agile preferred.
• Hands on experience of operate in mission critical security solutions and deployments include but not limited to vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, application security testing tools, DNSSEC, SSL / e-Cert, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, F, Load Balancers, Different layers of Firewalls and DLP …etc. is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge and passion in learning cyber security technologies and familiarity with domain name registration industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and excellent oral & written report writing & presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and team player.

• Oversee the organization’s IT Infrastructure, including servers, network, storage, database, cloud services, daily system monitoring and operation tasks.
• Design, implement and maintain IT systems and solutions
• Develop and maintain DR plan to ensure business continuity.
• Recommendation for improvements to enhance the performance and availability of IT systems
• Develop and Maintenance the operation procedures to ensure proper control, to achieve ITSM, risk management, system and security requirements are in place for all IT infrastructure and data centre operation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA meets organizational needs.

Security and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide technical insight to facilitate system design and solution development according to IT security requirements and industrial security standards.
• Identify potential security weaknesses, recommend improvements to amend vulnerabilities, and implement and document the changes.
• Maintain the cybersecurity awareness program
• Conduct Security incident handling, investigation, and reporting, and provide IT compliance advice.

Incident Management and Support:

• Oversee incident response and troubleshooting.
• Ensure rapid resolution of IT issues.
• Provide quick response and quick decision making.

Project Management:

• Assist to plan and execute IT System projects.
• Streamline and centralize the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or IT-related.
• Minimum 6 years of working experiences on Virtualization environment, Networking, Database, Backup & Recovery Administration, Disaster Recovery planning, ITSM.
• Experience in Linux.
• Hand on in PAM, email security, WAF, endpoint security, phishing tests and awareness training.
• Knowledge on infrastructure design & risk management.
• Strong problem-solving with ability to think strategically.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure streamline, migration and centralization are advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge and certification holder in IT Security, ISO27001 and ITIL/ITMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Perform Ad-hoc task assign by superior and work in non-office hour is required on need basis.

• Perform daily system monitoring and operation tasks, system administration.

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

• Solid Experience in Wintel platform, VM (such as VMWare, HyperV), excellent knowledge and skill set on MS Window server, SMS/ConfigMgr, AD.
• Strong knowledge on TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS and related operation/knowledge.
• Knowledge on Backup Technology (Veeam & Avamar) is an advantages.
• Working experience in Hybrid SAN, Cloud-based solution, Cloudflare, AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge in Windows & Linux platforms and scripting using shell/Python/PowerShell.
• Certificate Holder of MCSE+ / Cloud platform (e.g. Azure Administrator) is an advantages.
• Experience on Infrastructure security and design is and advantages.
• Extensive knowledge in ISO27001 and ITIL/ITSM is preferred.
• Effective communication, good interpersonal skills, patience, patient and persistent analytical mind, visionary and foreseeing.
• Independent, quick to react, and willing to learn, can work under pressure and challenges.
