HKDNR’s media statement on .hk and .香港 Price Adjustment
Hong Kong Domain Name Registration Company Limited (HKDNR), a .hk registrar and wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC), made an early notification of new price to its customers. Registration fees of .hk domain name will be adjusted back to the price levels of 2011. For example, .hk customers can get a second level .hk/ .香港 domain name at HK$250 (currently HK$200) per year. Compared with 2011, there are more value-added services with each .hk registration to cater for different needs. Customers get more than just a .hk domain name but at the old 2011 price.
Adjusted fees of all categories of .hk domain names will be effective on 26 Oct, 2015. New fee schedule is available on the website www.hkdnr.hk .
HKIRC is the registry of the .hk and .香港country-code top level domain names. It does not provide registration services directly to customers. Customers should check with their registrars on latest .hk pricing information.
